Spring break

We just got back from taking a trip up to my grandparents' cabin in Payson, AZ. It was so wonderful! We were able to just relax, play games, do puzzles, and go for walks. The high was 70 degrees! It was gorgeous! There is a farm near the cabin that Brayden really enjoyed. They had horses, donkeys, miniature donkeys and ponies, llammas, and goats. Those donkeys were so loud! Brayden got scared a few times but loved it for the most part. We fed them apples and grass and became their best friends. Brayden and I had fun at home the beginning of the week also, even though I worked really hard to get everything done before I left. I brought home a ton of papers to grade, report cards, and had worship stuff to do for Sunday and Easter. I think I worked harder than when I'm actually going to work. It was worth it though to relax for 3 days afterward!

Brayden's going through my favorite phase so far! He's saying so many things, and he's got quite the sense of humor. He's been very sneaky to get his binky and blankie when we're not looking. He gets that look on his face, with his eyes looking up and this huge grin. He did the same thing today when he saw his favorite movie, Cars, and was about to ask me if he could watch it. He keeps me laughing, just like his daddy. I couldn't ask for anything better!
